(Based On Assessment & Needs) Therapeutic Massage Heat/Ice Therapy TENS Unit Infrared Heat Therapy For Joints (Shoulders, Knees, Elbows) Health & Wellness Support ** BOOKING POLICY ** Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid and the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS: ** Wear loose clothing so that the areas that need working on can be accessed. For example, shorts, a loose T-shirt or tank top would be ideal. ** Know your medications and health history or bring a list with you. ** If you have any issues like previous injuries or surgeries, please inform me beforehand so that those areas are handled appropriately and are not aggravated. ** When booking an appointment, consider how many areas that you want addressed. For example, if it is just your knees, 30 mins will suffice, but if it is your knees and back, you will need to book a 1-hour session. ** Make time for a toilet break before your session, so you can undergo your session in full comfort. ** Bathrooms are available. ** Avoid applying lotions or creams to your skin. ** Avoid eating a large meal beforehand as this can make you more uncomfortable during your session. ** Due to space and for your privacy, visitors are not allowed to accompany you in your session. ** Weapons are not allowed.
