Your appointment is confirmed once your deposit has been paid and the appointment request has been accepted. Your deposit will be applied to the services rendered during your visit. There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. This applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
